He or she can also improve his or her airflow by lying on his or her side without using a pillow.
One thing a person with this sleeping problem must also do is to avoid smoking because this may cause nasal congestion, making snoring more likely. When these non-medical procedures fail, a person may undergo surgery or must seek medical attention. He may be advised to go through dental and oral procedures in order to correct this situation.
