If you want to really get better sleep at night, instead of taking one or two shots from that bottle of vodka on the shelf, you should pour yourself a warm glass of milk, add a little bit of honey in it and drink this down. This drink will help you get the much needed proper sleep you desire better than alcohol ever can.
